Founded by two women of color, Mendü was built putting underrepresented women and people first. Mendü provides those with diverse backgrounds with tools to decompress and think about the challenges specific to us.

We are here to empower anyone who has ever been overlooked and wanting to be seen, to improve their wellbeing and mental health. Our goal is to put Black mental health, Asian mental health, Latinx mental health and LGBTQ mental wellbeing front and center.
